Competition terms
Teams can apply for any of the published terms until the hostel booking reaches a certain limit, determined by the event management. Condition for the team to participate for in the „Hvar is ...a challenge“ first prize is to apply for one of the published term during the current year.
Bigger groups (or joined teams) can organize their own term in agreement with the event management.

2nd term: 02.. - 07. May 2011
3rd term: 15. - 20. May 2011
4th term: 20.- 25. May 2011
5th term: 04.- 09. June 2011

The price of 6-days package »Hvar..is a challenge« is 350,00* Eur per person and it includes:
5 day stay at Phara hostel (includes dinner and breakfast)
Informational map of the route, start number and T- shirt
Organization and competition in order
23% VAT and tourism tax

* price is valid till the end of season 2011

Programme

1stDay / Arrival
Accommodation at Phara Hostel until 18:00 hours.

Welcome party at Grill Duga (dinner, casting for start numbers, 1st stage info and team acquaintance through Dalmatian evening).

2nd Day / 1st stage - 50 km / Castle of queen Teuta
Gdinj ( START / Phara hostel) - Sučuraj (KT1 = Control point) - Sučuraj pristanište (KT2 - sailing by the sea) - Zaglav (KT3) - Gdinj (FINISH / Phara hostel)

KT1 / Sućuraj - searching for foundations of Queen Teuta's Castle
KT2 / harbor Sućuraj - what is like the boat that will sail us to Kozja bay?
KT3 / Zaglav - first touch with wordly goods of Hvar.

The end of 1st stage at Grill Duga (dinner, announcement of the leading team, description of the 2nd , Zaglav food and beverage specialities).

3rd day / 2nd stage - 33,5 km/ Lavender road
Jelsa (START) - Sveti Nikola (KT4 - highest peak of Hvar) - Stari Grad (KT5) - Jelsa (FINISH)

KT4 / Sv. Nikola - how high is it?
KT5 / Stari Grad - where is the fortress "Hektorović"?

The end of 2nd stage at Grill Duga (dinner, announcement of the leading team, description of the 3rd stage and all about lavender).

4th day / 3rd stage – 70 km / Seven lighthouses
Gdinj (START / Phara hostel) - Humac / Grapćeva špilja (KT6) - Vrisnik (KT7) - Poljica (KT8) - Gdinj (FINISH / Phara hostel)

KT6 / Humac - konoba Humac - where is "Grapćeva" cave?
KT7 / Vrisnik - Panorama Olea is a second touch with wordly goods of Hvar
KT8 / Poljica - third touch with wordly goods of Hvar.

The end of 3rd stage at Grill Duga (dinner, announcement of the leading team, description of the 4th stage, Panorama Olea acquaintance ).

5th day / 4th stage – 24 km / Olive road
Milna (START) - Velo Grablje (KT9) - Hvar (KT10) - Milna (FINISH)

KT10 / Hvar - Fortica

The Final at Grill Duga (dinner, announcement of the term winner team, secrets of olive branch and Dalamtian evening ).

6th day / departure
Breakfast at Phara hostel, departure untill 12.00 P.M. and goodbye with many fablous memories.
